Mirroring software lets you throttle bandwidth for your files. You can throttle by number of downloads or bandwidth. If you’re using multiple mirrors, you can specifiy different criteria for each mirror.
Give the URL of your file, choose the throttling criteria and put our link up on your site. When a user clicks on the link, we look at your criteria and see if the download should be allowed or not.
